What’s your background?
After spending years in the non-profit sector, my passion for serving people continues in real estate as I maintain a service-driven approach geared toward the importance of community and relationships. My attraction for real estate started early, buying my first investment property at 25. My success can be attributed to expertise in networking, entrepreneurial wiring, and willingness to constantly learn. My diverse background allows me to provide insights and exceptional client experiences.
Why did you choose to work with Atlas Real Estate Group?
Atlas Real Estate has been an integral factor in expanding my business to build a team beyond myself. Atlas has provided me a network of real estate gurus to rub elbows with and share the newest and greatest ideas.
What is the greatest challenge you see in real estate and how do you work towards overcoming it?
I think the greatest challenge in real estate is that people want to buy their dream home as is, but don’t realize that buying the house that needs a little TLC to become their dream home would save them a lot of money.
What is at the top of your bucket list?
The top of my bucket list is to own real estate in Hawaii and in the mountains. I’d love to have a beach vacation home and a snowy mountain vacation spot.
What is the greatest advice you’ve ever received?
“No success in the world can compensate failure in the home.” My family is my first priority and I take this to heart.
What recreational activities do you enjoy?
Personally, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 sons. When I’m not at home or at the office, I can be found on the fairway at any of the beautiful golf courses that Denver and the Front Range have to offer.
Where is your favorite place in Colorado?
