We are called to cultivate community by providing safe and quality homes while introducing rental real estate as the foundation for long-term savings.
Underlying Atlas’ goal to provide safe and quality homes while introducing rental real estate as the foundation for long-term savings is the company’s unique culture. Atlas’ culture revolves around helping employees achieve their personal and professional goals. The company is dedicated to employee empowerment; community health and well-being; supporting one another; celebrating individuality; mutually beneficial business transactions; innovative real estate offerings; and solid financials. The little company with humble beginnings has grown into a small business that impacts the Denver metro area in many positive ways.
Atlas employees fulfill their aspirations to contribute to the community through #AtlasGivesBack. The company’s strength and ability to positively impact Colorado manifests not only in its business endeavors but also in its spirit of volunteerism and generosity, deeply touching many Coloradans.
Boykin’s and Shepherd’s leadership style and decision-making are informed and guided by purpose, people, planet, philanthropy and profit. Boykin is quick to say that everything Atlas does must be “good for you, good for me, good for everything.” This philosophy is inculcated throughout the organization and drives the entire company to act selflessly, push each other to maximize potential, and give back to improve the world.
Atlas’ unwavering commitment to creating a more vibrant, connected and equitable community manifests in its contributions to numerous nonprofits, boards and institutions. Community efforts are focused on ameliorating problems related to children, housing and education.
In sum, Atlas is a purpose-driven culture fueled by the passion of individuals empowered to do their best and highest work for clients, each other, and the community at large.
Our electronic sign is seen by an estimated 60,000 daily commuters traveling north and south on Interstate 25. It is meant to be a tool to further connect our community, highlighting local events, important issues, funny sayings, inspirational quotes and much more. We believe in using it as more than just a marketing tool, it is a way for us to spread positivity throughout the day and hopefully make your drive more interesting, after all you’re not stuck in traffic, you are traffic.
