Why did you choose to work with Atlas Real Estate Group?

I decided to join the Atlas team because they had the most well-rounded knowledge of the Denver real estate market out of any of the firms I interviewed. By integrating investor-oriented knowledge with an incredible degree of professionalism and relationship-based transactions, Atlas is a great fit for me. I have always had a passion for real estate and everyone here shares a similar desire to help people, educate consumers, and find solutions in real estate.

What part of town do you live in and why?

I live with my fiancée in the Lower Highlands area, just north of REI. We are within walking distance to downtown and the RiNo / Highland neighborhoods, nestled up against the City of Cuernevaca park along the Platte River. We enjoy this area because of its numerous choices of restaurants, breweries, and I-25 for traveling to the mountains.

Where did you grow up?

I grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. As a ski racer I the Midwest, I quickly realized that living and skiing in the Rockies was where I needed to be, so I moved to Vail to pursue a ski racing career at Ski Club Vail. I have lived in Boulder, and all over Denver.

What types of things do you do when not assisting AREG?

I enjoy everything outdoors- skiing, hiking, golf, kayaking, mountain biking, and most recently fly-fishing. I also love trying new restaurants, hanging out with my dog, exploring the city, watching football, and spending time at our cabin in Breckenridge with family and friends.

Favorite place to eat in Colorado?

That’s tough, Denver has such a great food scene, and there are so many new places I’ve yet to try. I would have to say that Linger, Acorn, New Saigon Vietnamese, Duo, and Uncle are my favorites right now. It always changes though as new businesses open up and food trends come and go.

What are 3 things you want to accomplish in the next 3 years?

-Purchase our first home
-Become an expert in the RiNo neighborhood
-Climb a 14er
