What’s your background?

I moved to CO to go to The University of Denver.  I stayed here after school and began an entrepreneurial career that has included liquor stores, casinos and now rental real estate.

Why did you choose to work with Atlas Real Estate?

My long term buy and hold, good for everyone belief is in perfect harmony with the “Atlas way.”  So, I’m here….and now they can’t get rid of me 🙂

What is the greatest challenge you see in real estate and how do you work towards overcoming it?

For new investors, the first deal is always the scariest.  It takes trust, patience and faith to see it through and understand this is long term- 10, 15, 20 years into the future.  That first step is tough to take. After that, making that second purchase and then third becomes easier and easier.

What is at the top of your bucket list?

I want to travel to Southeast Asia for a 2 month backpacking trip.

What is the greatest advice you’ve ever received?

Act.  Do something.  Don’t let Fear hold you back.

What recreational activities do you enjoy?

On a boat, on a lake with my family.

Where is your favorite place in Colorado?

On the lake! Any lake!
