What’s your background?
My background comes in business and finance. Prior to Real Estate, I was Director of Investor Relations for a publicly traded company in Oklahoma City. I have been doing Real Estate investing with Atlas for 7 years in both Phoenix and Denver.
Why did you choose to work with Atlas Real Estate?
chose Atlas for several reasons. The core values of this organization are second to none. I was drawn to the mantra, “Good for you, good for me, good for everything.” The creative and forward thinking in this firm inspires me every day. The sky is the limit with Atlas.
What is the greatest challenge you see in real estate and how do you work towards overcoming it?
I believe that the Real Estate industry as a whole is very archaic. With the technological advances and the increasing usage of iBuyers, I believe the biggest challenge agents are facing is adapting. We are going to see a big shift in the way Real Estate is traded and the role agents play.
What is at the top of your bucket list?
I would complete a commercial development with my mother and play Pebble Beach with my father.
What is the greatest advice you’ve ever received?
There are going to be times when you fail. But when you fail, make sure to fail forward.
What recreational activities do you enjoy?
I enjoy golfing, a slab of red meat paired with a glass of red grape, and spending time with family and friends.
Where is your favorite place to visit?
Paris, The Hamptons, and NYC.
