Why did you choose to work with Atlas Real Estate Group?
Atlas provides me with the freedom and flexibility for me to adjust my schedule to spend time with my family. I also knew three people already working at Atlas before I joined so I knew I would be working with great colleagues in a great environment.
What is the greatest challenge you see in real estate and how do you work towards overcoming it?
The landlord/tenant relationship too often seems to be two-sided. I’d like to bridge that relationship and have everyone on the same side. I think the best way to do this is to make sure everyone is well informed and each party sees the other’s perspective.
What is at the top of your bucket list?
I’ve been lucky to visit so many locations in this country and outside of it. But the world’s just too big to explore in one life time. That being said, I’d like to see as much of it I can. High on the list are visits to Alaska, SE Asia, Japan, Eastern Africa, New Zealand, Patagonia with a return trip to the Dolomites.
What is the greatest advice you’ve ever received?
You never know what struggles people are battling in their life at the moment so try not to judge, be respectful, and remember that we are all on the same world together.
What recreational activities do you enjoy?
Trail running, climbing, biking, camping, backpacking, exploring, traveling
Where is your favorite place in Colorado?
Just about anywhere above tree line or where there’s a good trail. Still so much to explore but probably Telluride is my favorite town at the moment; the San Juans are a beautiful mountain range.
