What’s your background?
Born and raised in Las Vegas for the most part, we also lived in Rancho Santa Fe as well for a few years when I was younger. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2002 and have learned various aspects of the industry form residential sales/leasing to commercial sales/leasing. I have a property management permit as well and worked in property management for 6 years. Additionally, I have worked in the multi-family field at a 1410 unit complex. My dad was an investor in commercial and residential real estate and owned several businesses, my mom has also been Realtor since 1990 so it just came natural when I got my license. I love working with people in the various aspects of the industry and enjoy the challenges that come along with the market trends.
Why did you choose to work with Atlas Real Estate?
Atlas seemed like a great group of individuals who lead the market in their various divisions and are looking to continue growing. Their values aligned with mine and it was an exciting opportunity to help open the Las Vegas office and do what I love doing with a great group of people!!
What is the greatest challenge you see in real estate and how do you work towards overcoming it?
As the market continues to shift and fluctuate it is important to stay on top of where the trends may be going and how to handle them in order to be part of the change and continue to evolve with the industry. Far too many agents are afraid of change and not willing to embrace it but in order to grow change has to occur.
