Mike is a national speaker for Rachel’s Challenge, a non-profit whose goal is spreading kindness and compassion based on the life of Rachel Scott, the first victim of the Columbine High School shooting tragedy. He has spoken to more than 300,000 young people across the US and Canada in the last 10 years. He’s traveled to 46 states and 39 countries. Most recently with a tour in Israel, a mission’s trip in Nepal and a missions trip in Haiti. He has 4 children and an amazing wife. He’s currently pursuing a Black belt in the martial art of Tong Su Do.
A real estate broker for over 15 years, Jennifer specializes in deals that make people money. Working with a wide range of buyers and sellers in the Denver metro area and beyond, she is experienced in buying and selling investment properties, retail buyers and property management. In addition, her skills include pro forma review, staging, and listing properties. Jennifer attempts to ensure complete satisfaction with each client’s overall experience. Pairing the correct property with each person or family is her number one goal. Jennifer holds a degree in Human Services from Metro State College of Denver. Her strong background in education and social work, combined with her years of experience with people and investors, proves to be invaluable to her clients. As a Colorado native, Jennifer knows the various neighborhoods well. She is an active member in her community of Littleton, where she enjoys the Colorado sunshine with her two young children.
Adam Unger is an experienced property manager and associate broker with Atlas Real Estate Group voted the best property management company in Denver for 2 years in a row via the Denver Business Journal. With 4 years of experience managing several hundred properties with a range of types including single family, duplex, tri-plex, quad-plex, and apartment buildings up to 40 units. Responsibilities regarding these properties can be explained as a start to finish process starting with working directly with the owners and setting their goals and needs, finding the prospective tenants, doing a thorough application process to find the best fitting person/s, placing the tenants in the property once approved, taking the maintenance calls at all times (24-7), moving tenants out including everything from positive move outs to evictions, etc.
Adam Unger is an owner of rental properties first and foremost before being a property manager and an associate broker which gives a unique and more specific knowledge of what it takes to acquire, keep, and manage and maintain a rental property. While managing anywhere from 100-180 properties (doors) at a time, Adam also manages his own 4 rental properties located in Denver and Arvada Colorado.
Lisa Schoen is the latest RE Rockstar to join the REIH team. Lisa has been a real estate developer and investor for many years, both in California and Colorado. She’s been with the Atlas family in various roles over the last five years. She’s bringing her passion for RE investing, serving the community and building long-term relationships to the REIH team at the perfect time. With Lisa’s help, REIH will reach more people who are looking to save for retirement where traditional methods fall short, create abundance and options in their lives and build long-term wealth through real estate. Her passion lies in helping people get started. Every journey begins with a single step!
Lisa’s journey has been quite adventurous. She’s a mom of two crazy boys which keeps her on her toes. She’s also played Division 1 soccer at the University of Denver, traveled the world competing in snowboarding, is an avid yogi and enjoys many adventures with her boys. She’s lived in 5 countries and loves coming back to the Colorado for the active lifestyle, arts, culture and access to nature. Lisa also loves serving her community through her church, serving on various non-profit Boards and sharing her passion and experiences through real estate.
