DENVER METRO MARKET UPDATE: April 2018

March saw a continued incline in Denver Metro’s real estate market, with average single family home prices hitting $522,277. In the Denver Metro market (including Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, Gilpin, Jefferson and Park counties), we also saw:

  • 2,942 total single family homes sold; up 28.14 percent from last month
  • Average sold price in the single-family home market jumped to $522,277 (up 3.77 percent from last month)
  • Median sold price in the single-family home market jumped to $440,875 (up 1.03 percent from last month)
  • Average sold price in the condo market increased to $351,044 (up 1.48 percent from last month)
  • Median sold price in the condo market increased to $295,000 (down 1.67 percent from last month)
  • 4,619 active  listings at the close of March, a steady increase as we head toward the Spring rush
