Join Atlas’ Nick Mertens and Pine Financial Group, Tuesday, August 6th at 5:30pm to discuss how a good Property Management company will make the most of your property, increasing profits and minimizing your stress as a property owner.

Stop dreading the thought of hiring a property manager!
“Property Managers won’t manage the property like they own it; I am just a little fish to them.”
“They won’t pay attention to service calls; they will just push the easy button.”
“How are Property Managers going to generate more profit for me if they charge me a monthly fee?”
“Hiring a Property Manager just doesn’t seem to make sense.”

Many dread making the move to using a Property Management company and cannot see how they could possibly make them more profitable or run the property as well as they could themselves. Join us to discuss how a good Property Management company will make you more money than they cost and explain the hidden profits in hiring a good Property Manager.

Nick Mertens is Atlas’ Vice President of Property Management at Atlas Real Estate Group, overseeing our investment brokerage and property management company through our offices in Denver, Colorado Springs and Phoenix, Arizona. We have invested over $60 million into our own investments and therefore understand investing and management firsthand. Our property management business arose out of the need to have a property management company that understood how to manage a property like an owner, not like a manager, so we designed the company around driving the results we wanted to see in their own assets.

As a testament to our dedication to both our team and clients, Atlas has won best Property Management Company in Denver for the past three years, and in 2019 won Best Places to Work, Denver Business Journal, medium sized business category. We continue to grow thanks to clients referrals and smart, hard work.

Nick lives in the mountains surrounding Conifer with his lovely wife and two sons. He enjoys all of the Colorado outdoor pastimes and playing in his church band.
